SAFETY

At Morgan Industrial safety is not a priority but rather a VALUE. All of our employees are trained to own their safety along with their co-workers. Our safety team has put together extensive IIFE training starting at orientation and continuing throughout the employees stay with our company. Morgan Industrial promotes an injury and incident free environment (IIFE) as part of our culture. All of our employees are expected to come to work in good health and go home in the same health and condition that they came to work in.

One of our divisions, Morgan Millwright and Mechanical Services Inc. has received OSHAs Safety and Health Achievement Program (SHARP) five years in a row: 2004 - 2008. The rest of our divisions are working towards the same goal. We have graduated with Oregon OSHA and are now a proud member of the SHARP Alliance, which promotes health and safety throughout the state of Oregon. Our companies take what we have learned in our home state and promote these polices wherever we go, locally or abroad.

Our long-term safety goal is to not only be a leader in the state of Oregon, but to be a leader nationally and internationally.
